One of the most common reasons people put off dry cleaning is the inconvenience of getting to the shop. At Baiza, we've solved that completely. Our free collection and delivery service means your garments come to us and come back to you — without you leaving your home or office.

How It Works: Step by Step

Step 1: Book Online or Call Us

Use our online booking system to choose a collection date and time slot, or simply call us on 0208 767 3315. You'll need to provide your name, address, contact details, and the type of service you require.

Step 2: Bag Your Garments

Pack your items into any bag or use one of our branded garment bags (available from the shop). No special preparation is needed — just bag them up and have them ready at the agreed time. If you have any special instructions (a particular stain to focus on, a fabric you're worried about), leave a note in the bag.

Step 3: We Collect

Our driver will collect from your doorstep at the agreed time. For orders placed before 8:00am, we can arrange same-day collection. You don't need to be home — you can leave the bag in a secure location and let us know via notes at booking.

Step 4: Expert Cleaning

Your garments are brought to our Tooting shop where they're inspected, pre-treated, cleaned using our perc-free solvents, and professionally finished. We'll contact you if we have any questions about a specific item.

Step 5: Delivered Back to You

Your freshly cleaned garments are returned to you within 48–72 hours (turnaround may vary during busy periods — we'll keep you informed). Everything is carefully packaged and presented.

What's the Minimum Order for Free Collection?

Free collection and delivery applies to orders of £25 or more. For smaller orders, you're always welcome to drop off and collect in person at our shop on Totterdown Street.
