Our specialist stain removal service uses professional-grade pre-treatment agents matched to the specific type of stain and fabric. We treat the stain before dry cleaning or wet cleaning, maximising the chance of a complete removal.
We are honest about what is achievable — some stains that have been heat-set (by a tumble dryer or previous ironing) can be permanent. We will always assess the garment first and advise you on the likely outcome before proceeding.

Red wine and grease are the most common. Both respond very well to professional treatment when the garment is brought to us promptly without being rubbed or home-treated first.
We recommend leaving it to us. Rubbing a stain or applying the wrong home remedy can spread it, push it deeper into fibres, or permanently set it. Blot gently and bring the item to us as soon as possible.
Standard stain pre-treatment is included at no extra charge. For very large, complex, or multi-layer stains, we may apply a small additional treatment fee — we will always tell you before proceeding.
